Here’s where you’ll find the recipes from each week, but the choice is up to you whether you try a new one from the newest week, or go back to an older week and find one there instead! You could also try finding your own!

Week 1

  • Pan-fried tofu, veggies and noodles
  • Split pea soup
  • Curried red lentil soup

Week 2

  • Pasta and veggies in a hot peanut sauce
  • Curried chickpeas (channa)
  • Acorn squash soup (only 7 ingredients)

Week 3

  • Roasted veggies and quinoa
  • Homemade pizza
